I mentioned on here a while back about the enigma that Cherisey even knew that a drawing of the Stele of Blanchefort even existed.... and thanks to the generosity of Jérôme Choloux - who gave me permission to reproduce in English his article about Sauniere and the learned Societies of his time ....

http://www.rhedesium.com/learned-societies.html

- who was the first to access this SESA text to see the drawing? I think maybe Corbu joined SESA for a year or two ... im sure we have had discussions about this before - but what are people's opinions on the 'chicken and the egg' scenario?

That is, wasnt it opportune that a stele could be put to such good use in the saga of RLC.

But look at all the people who were menbers of SESA and other archaeological groups. I have this image that most of the priests were all digging up something ....
